‘DWTS’ Pro Witney Carson Debuts Baby Bump on 2023 AMAs Red Carpet — and Squeezes in a Quick Dance

Whitney Carson flaunts her new baby knocking! The Hitting the Dance floor with the Stars genius ventured into the 2023 American Music Grants Sunday night, marking her most memorable guest appearance since she reported she was expecting baby No. 2 with husband Carson McCallister.

Carson, 29, showed off her baby girl in a perfect-sized, long-sleeved, sheer beige bodysuit.

She shared photos of her focus shift to her Instagram Story, which similarly included her being introduced on the carpet with country artist (and one-time DWTS competitor) Jimmie Allen.

The seasoned artist is on hand at the AMAs to help her have constant access to the dance floor with co-star Wayne Brady, who is facilitating the show.

During Brady’s primary tune, Carson momentarily appears unexpectedly to give the star a dance in front of the impending season finale.

Carson shared a video to her Instagram Story the day before Sunday that revealed that she and Brady, 50, had been crushing on some rehearsal time in front of the night’s show.

“Before the AMAs we get some time to train for the DWTS finale!! mrbradybaby is a winner,” she captions the video.

Carson reported her baby girl’s delightful news on this week’s episode of the hit Dancing with the Stars. The new expansion will join baby Leo, 22 months.

“I am so anxious about the recent report that Carson, Leo and I are expecting baby #2,” she said.

“I am so honored and I felt like this exhibition was a really great opportunity for me to finally be able to share it, which is a perfect feeling. I’m so proud.”

In August, Carson spoke about being a working mom in an Instagram video that shows her getting ready for a photo with Leo on her lap. She wrote in the subtitle at that point: “I was thinking of something a comrade of mine had told me a day or two ago… I can feel absolutely devastated as a working mother and so thankful.”

“It’s an interesting balance, and I deal with it every single day. Responsible for not working and culpable for working…” she proceeded.

“Whenever I feel sorry for not being home with my baby, I remember who I’m doing this for 🤍🙏🏼.” The 2023 AMA is broadcast live Sunday night from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
